Split the first pass into two gates. Before generation, make only three to five static boards. Each records its start and end state, character and scene references, source rights, pass check, retry cap, cost ceiling, and stop rule. A person who did not write the plan must be able to retell the beginning, change, and ending. Only after that gate passes should one board move into motion generation, with character state, actual cost, failures, labels, and release boundaries recorded separately. Industry reach and output figures are market signals—not a go-ahead for your sample.
