Do not sell AI yet. Deliver something a customer can judge.

Turn one image you may use and three confirmed selling points into three purpose-specific visuals that someone can accept, reject, or correct.

Editorial judgment

Capability is not yet a product. A result someone can inspect and correct is where a value exchange can begin.

01

Do not start with a tool list

Ask how to earn with AI and the table quickly fills with agents, knowledge bases, automation, and private deployment. The longer the tool list becomes, the easier it is to avoid the simplest question: what can I deliver today?

Most people do not want to become AI experts. They may have one product or a small service and want the work to move faster. A customer does not need to understand the system first; they need to judge whether the result in front of them is usable.

Tools are ingredients. A concrete result is what enters the decision.

02

If someone can correct it, it has reached the table

Do not sell an entire system first. Take one product image you are allowed to use and three confirmed claims. Make three visuals: one to stop attention, one to explain the value, and one for another placement.

The other person can say the color is wrong, the product no longer looks like itself, the text is crowded, or a claim was never approved. Being correctable means the work is no longer a floating prompt; it can be accepted, rejected, and revised.

Give one object three clear uses before promising an entire system.

03

A platform run is not a customer order

RunningHub's public creator mechanism describes effective runs, favorites, originality, and periodic accounting. It offers one useful reminder: a person choosing to run a concrete object is more observable than a long list of tools its maker can name.

A platform run is not the same as customer demand or income. This note observed no public launch, effective run, favorite, payment, or customer adoption, so the mechanism diagram cannot stand in for a market result.

This explains a public mechanism; it is not evidence of income or adoption for this note.

04

Run one small test today

You do not need another model today. Find one object you are allowed to use, make three purpose-specific visuals, and show them to one person who owns the decision. Ask which one they would actually use.

If they choose none, do not add more tools yet. Capture what they rejected. When that correction becomes a more usable next version, you have a reason to run another test.

Make it usable and correctable; let the next version start from a concrete response.
