Gradio adds a visual canvas for multi-step AI workflows

gr.Workflow connects Python functions, models and Spaces in a visual graph. You can run individual steps, inspect intermediate results and call the same workflow through an API. Examples cover image editing, voiceovers and dataset analysis.

Why it is worth understanding

When a prototype combines models and processing steps, visible intermediate results can help diagnose failures. Try a familiar workflow and assess whether the canvas makes the failing step easier to identify.

Conditions and limitations

These capabilities come from the official tutorial; we have not rerun the examples. Model and Space endpoints may require tokens, paid calls or compute. Deployment and recovery from failed runs still depend on the workflow.
